About our Survey
We believe that great service is the best medicine.
At MUSC Health Emergency and Urgent Care, our premise is straightforward: setting expectations high and delivering on them every day.
To that end, we survey all patients who provide a valid email address and/or phone number, typically within 24-48 hours after their visit.
Through continuous improvement based on constant review of real patient feedback, our commitment has led MUSC Health Emergency and Urgent Care into a category of its own for providing quality care with an extraordinary patient experience.
Who Receives the Survey?
The survey, sent using an independent patient experience company, goes out either by text or email to patients within 24-48 hours of their visit to a MUSC Health Emergency and Urgent Care facility. Patients are asked to rate their experience, complete a few survey questions, and optionally provide comments regarding specific aspects of their care. This feedback is tracked and followed up on daily to improve and enhance the care we offer.
